W Club

1. Our Approach

The W Club is designed to recognise and thank clients who choose W Medical Aesthetics for their ongoing care. Participation in the W Club constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The W Club is available to registered clients of W Medical Aesthetics who are aged 18 years or older. Membership is complimentary and offered at the clinic’s discretion. W Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or withdraw membership at any time.

3. Earning Privileges

W Points may be allocated on eligible treatments and products following full or partial payment. Points are awarded based on the value of eligible transactions once payment has been successfully processed.

Additional points may be offered from time to time through referral programs, promotional campaigns, or other clinic initiatives. Eligibility for bonus points will be determined by the applicable promotion. Treatments, products, packages, or purchases made under promotional pricing may be excluded unless otherwise stated.

4. Redemption

Accumulated W Points may be redeemed for eligible products, in-clinic credit, or selected services in accordance with the current W Club Reward Program.

Redemption is subject to:

• sufficient W Points being available in the member’s account;
• availability of the selected reward;
• clinical assessment and suitability, where applicable; and
• practitioner recommendation where required.

Where a treatment or service is redeemed using W Points, it will only be provided if it is considered clinically appropriate for the individual. Participation in the W Club does not guarantee access to any treatment or service.

W Points are not earned or redeemable in connection with regulated health services or higher-risk cosmetic procedures. Clinical recommendations are made independently of W Club participation and solely following an individual assessment.

Treatments available through the W Club are limited to eligible therapist- or nurse-performed services unless otherwise specified by W Medical Aesthetics.

W Points have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and must be redeemed at the time of the transaction.

Points are not redeemable for cash and must be applied at the time of transaction.

5. Referrals

Referral rewards may be offered when an existing client refers a new client to W Medical Aesthetics. Referral benefits will only be awarded once the referred client has completed and paid for an eligible treatment or service, in accordance with the current referral program.

6. Program Refinement

W Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the W Club or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

7. Integrity of the Program

The W Club is intended for genuine personal use. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or manipulation of the Program may result in the cancellation of W Points, withdrawal of rewards, or termination of membership.

8. Personal Use

W Points and associated benefits are personal to the registered member. They are non-transferable, cannot be shared or combined between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.

9. Errors and Adjustments

W Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to correct any administrative or processing errors relating to the allocation, redemption, or balance of W Points. Points credited or redeemed in error may be adjusted accordingly.

10. General

All rewards and benefits are subject to availability. W Points are not earned or redeemable in connection with regulated health services or higher-risk cosmetic procedures. Clinical recommendations are made independently of W Club participation and solely following an individual assessment. W Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to interpret and administer the W Club and these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.
