By booking an appointment with W Medical Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the clinic’s booking terms and conditions. Appointments may require a deposit to secure the booking; deposits are non-refundable and deductible from the treatment fee on the day. A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of the deposit or a cancellation fee.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment at the clinic’s discretion.
