Terms and Conditions
1. Our Approach
At W Medical Aesthetics, our Loyalty Program is designed as a natural extension of our commitment to personalised, results-driven care. It is a considered offering created to recognise and reward clients who choose to continue their aesthetic journey with us. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Program is available to registered clients of W Medical Aesthetics aged 18 years and above. Membership is complimentary and offered at the clinic’s discretion, and may be limited, declined, or withdrawn where deemed appropriate.
3. Earning Privileges
Loyalty points may be allocated upon full or partial payment of eligible treatments and products, and are accrued based on the value of each transaction once payment has been processed. From time to time, additional points may be extended through curated promotions, referral invitations, or exclusive in-clinic events. Treatments or purchases under promotional pricing, packages, or special offers may be excluded unless otherwise specified.
4. Redemption
Accumulated points may be redeemed for selected treatments or converted into in-clinic credit, in accordance with the prevailing Loyalty Redemption Program at the time of use. Treatments redeemed through the loyalty program are performed by therapists or nurses only. Redemption options, conversion values, and eligible services are subject to refinement and may be updated periodically to reflect current offerings.
Points are not redeemable for cash and must be applied at the time of transaction.
5. Referrals
Referral privileges may be extended where an existing client introduces a new client to the clinic. Eligibility for referral rewards is contingent upon the new client completing and paying for their treatment, and all referral benefits remain subject to validation and current program structures.
6. Program Refinement
W Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refine, modify, suspend, or conclude the Loyalty Program at any time, without prior notice. Any updates will be reflected through our official channels and will take effect immediately upon publication.
7. Integrity of the Program
The Loyalty Program is intended to enhance genuine client relationships. Any misuse, manipulation, or abuse of the Program may result in the cancellation of accumulated points and/or removal from the Program.
8. Personal Use
All loyalty points and associated benefits are strictly personal to the registered client and are non-transferable, non-shareable, and may not be combined across accounts.
9. Final Considerations
All benefits are subject to availability and clinical suitability. W Medical Aesthetics retains final discretion over all matters relating to the Loyalty Program, including interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
